Is the VNC service broken?

Since the update I have been unable to connect to my Zonbu with VNC.

Does anyone have a counter example?

Sadly experiencing the same problem. I thought I had broken it, but it might have been the last update instead.

Ah good, someone who has used this feature in the past who is experiencing the same problem.

I should state right now that

1) I have remote desktop selected to be run at startup. I double checked just in case the update had changed this setting.

2) I have the boxes checked to allow outside users.

I have tried connecting from another machine on the same network to rule out router issues when coming in from outside my network, still no luck. I can connect to another machine on the network using VNC, so the router doesn't seem to be blocking such traffic locally.

Similar checks on this system give the same results.

Have you registered it on Bugzilla?

Nope, I sent an email to Help Desk a couple days ago but haven't heard anything. I'll see what comes back from a bugzilla posting.

So it's Wednesday in the UK, and the VNC is still broken. (But I can't see that the version has changed to 7xxxx.1, either.)

Is the minor update not yet pushed?

The minor update has been released, and I can confirm that it updates correctly. It should appear as 7.1315.1.

Try restarting if you haven't already. Otherwise, you can try a hard reset.
