Total privacy
Zonbu provides an iron-clad privacy policy:

All your data stored on Zonbu servers is scrambled with 128-bit RC4 encryption before it leaves your home.
Your data is password-protected. In fact, when you set up your Zonbu, you can even choose to disable password recovery — which means that we won't have access your password. So even if we received a subpoena for your files, we would not be able to produce the unscramble key.
We respect every user's privacy — we will not share your private information with others, nor will we crawl your data to serve you ads. You pay for a service, and that's what we deliver.

Cancellation policy
Zonbu is commited to providing a superb service to consumers. There are no hidden charges: you will not find those obscure setup fees on your Zonbu billing.

If you are not fully satisfied with Zonbu, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Please email us at contact@zonbu.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization. Then simply return your device to us and we will fully reimburse you for the cost of the device and the hassle-free plan you signed up.

If you want to cancel your hassle-free plan before the end of the commitment period, you will keep the device but your credit card will be charged with a penalty equal to the discount you were given: $100 for one-year commitment, $200 for two-year commitment, respectively.

If you terminate your subscription, you will have read-only access to your data for three months, both from your Zonbu device and from any other PC via our remote access solutions. During that time you are welcome to move your data from the Zonbu servers to another storage solution of your choice, for example an USB hard drive.

Unlimited Internet support
Have a question about setting up your Zonbu or need help learning how to use it? Simply contact our live support. We guarantee an answer to any email received at support@zonbu.com within 24 hours. Plus, for as long as you are a Zonbu subscriber, you get free Internet support by email, you'll always have access to helpful online FAQs, and you can benefit from the advice of other Zonbu customers on the Zonbu Forums — 24/7.

Warranty
If you are a subscriber to a $14.95 hassle-free plan in good standing, during your initial commitment period, we will pre-ship a replacement unit if needed. Only after you receive this replacement, you return to us your original Zonbu device. So, if you subscribe to our hassle-free plan with two years of commitment, not only you get a $200 discount, but also a free warranty extension to two years with pre-shipping of a replacement unit! If you choose not to subscribe to a hassle-free plan, our products come with a one-year limited warranty. This one-year limited warranty also applies if you suscribe to an a-la-carte service plan only.

An extension to a three-year warranty is available in the Zonbu online shop.
